This machine is specialized in rolling packing the foam mattress which density is equal or less than 30kgs/m3. It has the
following advantages:
* High production efficiency: It takes 35～40seconds to finish one foam mattress rolling packing into the plastic bag.
* Simple operation: It will be automatic rolling packing if you put on the foam mattress and plastic bag and then push one
button. The worker can operate the machine skillful after few minutes training.
* Low packing cost: It needs one PVC or PE bag of diameter 320mm(approx.) to pack one foam mattress.
* The volume of foam mattress can be reduced greatly after rolling packing. Thereby the cost of transport and storage can be much lower.
* The machine is compact and convenient to installation and maintain. (With CE certificate)

1.Computerized control system
It can be realized numerical control during the whole production. It is very easy to operate with its humanization consideration
design. It is able to store 100 formulations in advance.
2.Automatic formulation function
The computer can be automatic to generate formulation for your reference and calculate the dosage of material if you input the
density and color which you need. The computer can be automatic to check if the formulation is correct when you give the input of material.

Description of application effect

It is computerized control. It can be changing the cutting length in any time. The degree of accuracy can be equal or less than 1mm.

7.Adjustable oven system
The width of two moving side wall can be adjusted for producing difference width foam. The height of six steps raising platform
can be adjusted for producing difference density foam.

8.Automatic cutting system

9.Automatic thermostat apparatus (optional)
It can maintain the suitable temperature of chemical material in order to producing high quality foam.
